Alongside mindfulness meditation courses and classes we offer coaching and therapy sessions aimed at transforming long standing issue, healing past traumas and transforming unhelpful beliefs that we may have formed following those events.
The modality we use is called EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique which is a branch of Energy Psychology. EFT combines elements of Chinese Acupressure and Modern Psychology. Although EFT is relatively new, its healing principles are 5000 years old. As with other forms of healing such as Acupuncture and Reflexology, EFT is based in the idea of energy meridians in the body. Tapping with the fingertips on some points located along these meridians, together with significant verbal cues, rebalances the body’s energy system.
EFT enables the release of beliefs that act as barriers. Some of the most common are doubts and uncertainty about making important decisions, worry about financial insecurity, fear of public speaking, and sometimes just a general lack of clarity about one's direction in life.
Many people that come to us had previously seen a traditional counsellor/therapist for several sessions but found that the issue had not completely been resolved. After a few EFT sessions they felt that they had experienced a real change. All of them have maintained the results in the time.

Cancellation policy: please note I require at least 24 hours notice when a client needs to cancel a session and rebook. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before appointment is due will be charged at 50%. Missed appointments with no notice are charged in full.
