Global crisis

In a very short time our lives have changed dramatically as a result of a planet crisis. We believe in the power of generating positive transformations in the midst of extremely challenging times. Now more than ever learning how to calm our nervous system has become a necessity.

We are responding to the current crisis by offering online wellbeing services to companies in order to support their employees that are working from home. We have created a range of  services such as classes, webinars and workshops to strengthen resilience, reduce anxiety and stress.
Services can be accessed by clicking on a link that will be sent to the participants on an agreed day and time. Access to a computer is needed.
The main services offered are:
  • Online guided mindfulness meditations - 30-45 minutes. Participants will be guided in awareness of the breath and body exercises aimed at calming the mind by shifting the attention to the present moment.
  • Webinars/Workshops - 60 minutes. The webinar includes theoretical and practical exercises. The webinar starts with an introduction to mindfulness along with an understanding of how mindfulness can support positive mental health. The webinar will also guide the group through a series of short meditations which can be used to cultivate a positive state of mind. Participants will be given advice on how to manage difficult thoughts and emotions.
